Delete your account

miolo is an app by Fuzalabs LTDA. You can delete your account and everything you recorded in it in two ways: from the app or, if you no longer have it, by email.

From the app

1. Open miolo and tap the settings icon at the top of the home screen.
2. Tap Delete account, then Continue.
3. Sign in again with Google or Apple to confirm.

Without the app

Write to privacidade@fuzalabs.com.br from the address you sign in to miolo with, asking us to delete your account. We reply with the date your account will be deleted.

If you signed in with Apple and hid your email

In that case Apple created an address for miolo that ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com, and that address is what identifies your account. Write to us from any address of yours and include it in the message. To find it, open miolo in the list of apps that use Sign in with Apple:

What happens next

Your account and every record in it are deleted 30 days after the request, and you're signed out on every device. If you change your mind, sign in to the app before that date to keep your account. After it, deletion is final and nothing can be recovered.

Used miolo without an account?

An account used without signing in with Google or Apple lives only on the device, and we have no way to find it by email. To delete it, open miolo and tap Settings › Sign out: signing out deletes the account and every record in it. It is also deleted if the app goes six months without being opened.
